Five months after the COVID-19 Restrictions in year 2020, Mars, Paluto started its services in Angono, Rizal. Teodora Rocela, a mother and a wife, loves to cook for every family and friend’s celebrations. Her love for cooking is great that she even had her own recipes and techniques. As every other Filipinos affected by the pandemic, Teodora’s family needed an extra income. Thus, she took risk and started a new business. With the help of her friend named Nida Bantang. They began to sell merienda to their friends and neighbors. Their merienda became their starting point and a way for their cooking specials to be advertised. From then on, people asked for their cooking services.
